Thank you for shopping with cutercutters.com! Below you’ll find all the details about how and when your order will be shipped.

📦 Production Time

All of our products are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is shipped. Custom or high-volume orders (particularly within sales periods) may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

🚚 Shipping Timeframes

Once your order is dispatched, shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

• Australia (Standard Shipping): 2–8 business days

• Australia (Express Shipping): 1–3 business days

Please note: shipping time is in addition to the 5–7 day production time. Please check shipping timeframes on the Australia Post website.

🏠 Local Pickup

If you're located nearby, you may choose local pickup at checkout. We'll notify you by email when your order is ready for collection.

📬 Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

📦 Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend contacting us via email cutercutters@outlook.com or via socials @cutercutters, and choosing express post if you need your order in a rush!

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
